Figure 10 (−)-Guaiol regulates the expression of related proteins in PI3K/Akt Signaling Pathway. Western blot analysis was used to detect the protein expression of PI3K, p-PI3K, Akt, and p-Akt in A549 treated with or without (−)-Guaiol (75 μM) or LY294002 (15 μM).
