(A) Preoperative imaging of a 24-year-old female patient with developmental dysplasia of the left hip. The left center-edge angle, acetabular index (AI), and Sharp angle are 10.5°, 24.3°, and 47.5°, respectively, with a disrupted Shenton line. (B) Imaging at 53 months postoperatively following PAO shows improved measurements: the CE angle is 41.0°, AI is 10.2°, and Sharp angle is 33.3°, with a restored and continuous Shenton line.
